Red Brick Yoga is the area’s only Far-Infrared heated studio. We chose to heat our studio differently because of the overwhelming health benefits that this radiant infrared heating offers, such as increased circulation, heightened body detoxification, flexibility, and decreased stiffness in the joints. Not all classes are heated. Our Gentle Mindful Movement class is great for beginners!

At Red Brick Yoga we are confident that everyone will benefit from introducing yoga into their lives. We know firsthand the amazing benefits a yoga practice can have on your health and happiness. We are here to help you build a foundation of the yoga basics, no matter what your fitness level. From there we will empower you to connect to that foundation while you continue to build and grow within your practice

Whether you’ve never stepped foot on a yoga mat or you’re a natural born yogi, you’re welcome at Red Brick Yoga!

What  to Bring to Class?

Bring a yoga mat, water, and a hand towel. If you don't have any of those, don't worry. We rent mats for $2 and have a wide selection for you to purchase.
We sell water for $1 and have a hand towel if you forget one.

If you attend the Restorative Yoga Class, please bring a large bath towel and small hand towel.

Come and join us, leave your busy life outside the door, and just breathe and connect to your foundation.
