Red Brick Yoga is the area’s only Far-Infrared heated studio. We chose to heat our studio differently because of the overwhelming health benefits that this radiant infrared heating offers, such as increased circulation, heightened body detoxification, flexibility, and decreased stiffness in the joints. Not all classes are heated. Our Gentle Mindful Movement class is great for beginners!

What to Bring to Class?
Bring a yoga mat, water, and a hand towel. If you don't have any of those, don't worry. We rent mats for $2 and have a wide selection for you to purchase.
We sell water for $1 and have a hand towel if you forget one.
If you attend the Restorative Yoga Class, please bring a large bath towel and small hand towel.
